J. A. LEE ELECTRIC ACQUIRES ELITE BUILDING SERVICES
Farmingdale, NY – February 23, 2017 – J. A. Lee Electric Inc., a subsidiary of J. A. Lee Holdings LLC, announced that it has acquired Elite Building Service Inc. of Buchanan, New York, a provider of wireless infrastructure services. The purchase will better service the needs of J. A. Lee’s tele-data communications customers in the New York tri-state area.
The purchase brings experienced management, radio frequency (RF) technicians, and valuable assets to J. A. Lee and fits the company’s strategy to be the premiere contractor in the northeast for wireless carriers, turf vendors, neutral hosts, property owners, and other tele-data customers.
“We are thrilled to be adding Jesse Griggs, a well-known and respected industry veteran, to our team” said John Lee, CEO and founder of J. A. Lee. “Jesse will now head up our RF division. He and his team are real professionals and immediately expand our know-how, capabilities and capacity.”
Keith Maddox, President and CFO of J. A. Lee added, “The addition of the Elite team to our family will further accelerate our already fast growth, and it makes us stronger because they bring great new customer relationships.”
Said Jesse Griggs, President and founder of Elite, “We are excited to join J. A. Lee. I’ve known John Lee for many years and we have a great friendship and mutual respect for each other. As part of a larger company now, we better serve our customers because we have access to many more resources, including a larger labor pool and knowledge base, and more in-house tools and equipment. There isn’t much that we can’t do now!”
